Also make sure that you have enabled file-sync by selecting the вЂњCreative CloudвЂќ tab under preferences, and then selecting вЂњFilesвЂќ.

Under the вЂњGeneralвЂќ tab, It should list your Adobe ID, or give you the option to login if you are not currently signed in. Select the gear menu in the upper right, and select вЂњPreferencesвЂ¦вЂќ.

Once it is running, make sure you are logged in using your Adobe Creative Cloud account.
